For patients · Available at participating clinics from launch
Spread the cost of treatment you've already decided on.
Tenor plans are offered at the point of payment in participating clinics. You'll see every number before you sign, you have seven business days to change your mind, and nothing about your care depends on a payment.
All on one page. If it isn't on the page, you don't pay it.
Plain answers
Questions patients ask us
Who am I borrowing from?
Your credit agreement is with Tenor's funding partner, named in the agreement. Tenor arranges the plan, runs the affordability check, explains the terms and services the plan through its life. Tenor is not a bank.
Is 0% really 0%?
Yes. On a 0% plan the total you repay equals the treatment price. Interest is waived, not deferred: there is no catch-up interest if you pay late. Plans longer than 12 months may carry interest, and the effective rate is shown on your one-page disclosure.
What if I change my mind?
You have seven business days from our confirmation call to cancel free of charge, with a full unwind. This runs alongside, and never shortens, any clinical cooling-off period your procedure carries.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You'll pay a late fee of at most S$60 for that instalment. Fees never compound. If you're in difficulty, our hardship policy — given to you at enrolment — sets out payment holidays and restructuring. Your clinic will never withhold aftercare, revision or records because of a payment.
Will this affect my ability to borrow elsewhere?
A Tenor plan is reported to the credit bureau like any other unsecured credit. We decline any plan that would take your total unsecured debt above four times your monthly income, which is stricter than the industry-wide limit, precisely so a plan never crowds out something more important.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, at any time, with no early-settlement penalty.
Who can apply?
Singapore citizens, permanent residents and residents aged 21 and over with verifiable income, applying at a participating clinic at the point of payment. Tenor plans are not available online or in advance of a treatment decision.
Your data
We hold the minimum
Tenor holds the category of your procedure and the amount financed — not your diagnosis, clinical notes or treatment details. Your data is processed in Singapore under the PDPA, with a standalone consent you sign at enrolment. Read our privacy notice.
