For patients · Available at participating clinics from launch

Spread the cost of treatment you've already decided on.

Tenor plans are offered at the point of payment in participating clinics. You'll see every number before you sign, you have seven business days to change your mind, and nothing about your care depends on a payment. If a clinic has offered you a plan, you can check they are a Tenor partner before giving them anything.

Plain answers

Questions patients ask us

Who am I borrowing from?

Not a bank. You agree the instalment plan with your clinic, as part of paying for your treatment. Tenor then buys that plan from the clinic and writes to tell you it has done so — from that point your instalments are paid to Tenor rather than to the clinic, and Tenor is who you deal with about payment. Nothing about the amount or the schedule changes when that happens: you pay the treatment price, and the price is the same as it would have been had you paid in full on the day.

Is 0% really 0%?

Yes. On a 0% plan the total you repay equals the treatment price. Interest is waived, not deferred: there is no catch-up interest if you pay late. Plans longer than 12 months may carry interest, and the effective rate is shown on your one-page disclosure.

What if I change my mind?

You have seven business days from our confirmation call to cancel free of charge, with a full unwind. This runs alongside, and never shortens, any clinical cooling-off period your procedure carries.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You'll pay a late fee of at most S$60 for that instalment. Fees never compound. If you're in difficulty, our hardship policy — given to you at enrolment — sets out payment holidays and restructuring. Your clinic will never withhold aftercare, revision or records because of a payment.

Will this affect my ability to borrow elsewhere?

No. A Tenor plan is not reported to the credit bureau, so it does not appear on your file and does not count against what you can borrow elsewhere. We assess whether a plan is affordable from the income and existing commitments recorded when it is set up. We decline any plan that would take your total unsecured debt above four times your monthly income, which is stricter than the industry-wide limit, precisely so a plan never crowds out something more important.

Can I pay it off early?

Yes, at any time, with no early-settlement penalty.

Who can apply?

Singapore citizens, permanent residents and residents aged 21 and over with verifiable income, applying at a participating clinic at the point of payment. Tenor plans are not available online or in advance of a treatment decision.

Your data

We hold the minimum

Tenor holds the category of your procedure and the amount financed — not your diagnosis, clinical notes or treatment details. Your data is processed in Singapore under the PDPA, with a standalone consent you sign at enrolment. Read our privacy notice.
