Is this clinic a Tenor partner?

If a clinic has offered you a Tenor instalment plan, you can check here that they are a partner of ours before you give them any details. Type the clinic's name, or the clinic code they gave you.

What a Tenor partner clinic will never do

• Raise financing before your treatment has been decided, or during your consultation. Money is discussed at the point of payment, never in the chair.
• Let the clinician treating you present or discuss the plan.
• Ask for your Singpass password. Tenor verifies your identity through Singpass itself; nobody at a clinic ever needs those details.
• Charge you more for paying by instalments than for paying in full.
• Ask you to transfer money to Tenor at the clinic. We contact you ourselves to set up your instalments.

If a clinic has done any of these, or this page cannot find them, stop and write to care@tenor.sg before you give them anything. We would far rather hear from you about a clinic that turns out to be fine.
